Cooking instructions
Recipe for 4 servings.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Set aside for an hour.
- Fry pancakes on both sides, e.g. in coconut oil.
- Stuff the pancakes with cottage cheese.
- Serve with sauce: Blend blueberries with natural yogurt and vanilla sugar.
