Ingredients
- Wholewheat flour –
- Milk –
- Eggs –
- Salt –
- Baking powder –
- Olive oil –
- Cottage cheese –
- Radish –
- Chive –
- Pumpkin seeds –
Cooking instructions
- Whip egg whites.
- In a second bowl mix egg yolk with flour, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and milk. Keep mixing until ingredients form a uniform mass.
- Add egg yolk mass to the egg whites and mix.
- Fry small fritters on low heat (no grease is needed for frying as the fritters won't stick and are easy to flip).
- Serve with cottage cheese, radish, chive, and pumpkin seeds.
