- Garlic -

- Oat bran -

- Mozzarella -

- Balsamic vinegar -
Cooking instructions
- Stew spinach with spices. Cool it down.
- Transfer the spinach to a bowl, add eggs and oat bran.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Set to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Form fritters and fry them on both sides.
- Serve with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
