Cooking instructions

  • Stew spinach with spices. Cool it down.
  • Transfer the spinach to a bowl, add eggs and oat bran.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Set to the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Form fritters and fry them on both sides.
  • Serve with tomato, mozzarella, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
