- Buckwheat flakes - 3 spoons
- Rice milk - 4 spoons
- Grated apples - 1 pieces
- Mandarin - 1 pieces
- Pomegranate - 1/3 pieces
Cooking instructions
- Combine buckwheat flakes and rice milk set aside and leave until water is absorbed.
- Add grated apple and mix.
