  • Buckwheat flakes - 3 spoons
  • Rice milk - 4 spoons
  • Grated apples - 1 pieces
  • Mandarin - 1 pieces

Cooking instructions

  • Combine buckwheat flakes and rice milk set aside and leave until water is absorbed.
