Cooking instructions

  • Mix flour with water, black pepper, salt, basil, oregano, and sweet pepper.
  • Knead the dough.
  • Divide the dough to two parts, and roll them out flat.
  • Fry for for 1 minute on each side in olive oil.
  • Stuff tortilla with cut vegetables and stewed chicken breast.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing with the sauce, and wrap tortilla.
