Spaghetti with gorgonzola cheese and pears

- Whole grain spaghetti –
- Broccoli –
- Turkey ham –
- Pear –
- Greek yogurt –
- Gorgonzola cheese –
- Salt –
- Black pepper –
- Parsley –
Cooking instructions
- Boil spaghetti al dente.
- Boil broccoli.
- Fry turkey ham and set aside.
- Warm up cut pears on a frying pan.
- When pears soften, add Greek yogurt, gorgonzola cheese, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
- Mix the ingredients until cheese fully melts.
- Place pasta on a plate, then place broccoli on top, pour the sauce, and finally lay couple of slices of fried turkey ham.
