  • Whole grain spaghetti –
  • Broccoli –
  • Turkey ham –
  • Pear –
  • Greek yogurt –
  • Gorgonzola cheese –
  • Salt –
  • Black pepper –
  • Parsley –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil spaghetti al dente.
  • Boil broccoli.
  • Fry turkey ham and set aside.
  • Warm up cut pears on a frying pan.
  • When pears soften, add Greek yogurt, gorgonzola cheese, salt, black pepper, and parsley.
  • Mix the ingredients until cheese fully melts.
  • Place pasta on a plate, then place broccoli on top, pour the sauce, and finally lay couple of slices of fried turkey ham.
