Pear pie

Ingredients
- Spelt flour - 100 g
- Rice flour - 100 g
- Dried yeast - 11 g
- Honey - 2 - 3 spoons
- Milk - 1/4 glasses
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Stevia - 1/4 glasses
- Cinnamon - 2 - 3 spoons
- Pear - 4 pieces
- Water - 1 spoons
- Egg whites - 2 pieces
- Dark chocolate - 1 pieces
- Butter - 1 teaspoons
- Goji berries - 1 handful
- Almond flakes - 1 handful
Cooking instructions
- Mix 1 peeled pear with a spoon of water.
- Mix flours with yeast, sugar, honey, milk and cinnamon.
- Cut 2 pears into pieces and add them to the dough.
- Beat the egg whites, and mix them with the dough.
- Place the slices of the last pear in the form, then put the dough on top.
- Bake for approximately 1.5 hour at 150 degrees.
- After baking, pour the melted dark chocolate on top of the cake (if you add a little bit of butter, then the chocolate will be less brittle so easier for slicing).
- Sprinkle with almonds and goji berries.
