Cooking instructions

  • Mix 1 peeled pear with a spoon of water.
  • Mix flours with yeast, sugar, honey, milk and cinnamon.
  • Cut 2 pears into pieces and add them to the dough.
  • Beat the egg whites, and mix them with the dough.
  • Place the slices of the last pear in the form, then put the dough on top.
  • Bake for approximately 1.5 hour at 150 degrees.
  • After baking, pour the melted dark chocolate on top of the cake (if you add a little bit of butter, then the chocolate will be less brittle so easier for slicing).
  • Sprinkle with almonds and goji berries.
