- Spelt flour –
- Rice flour –
- Dried yeast –
- Honey –
- Milk –
- Sugar –

- Dark chocolate –

Cooking instructions
- Mix 1 peeled pear with a spoon of water.
- Mix flours with yeast, sugar, honey, milk and cinnamon.
- Cut 2 pears into pieces and add them to the dough.
- Beat the egg whites, and mix them with the dough.
- Place the slices of the last pear in the form, then put the dough on top.
- Bake for approximately 1.5 hour at 150 degrees.
- After baking, pour the melted dark chocolate on top of the cake (if you add a little bit of butter, then the chocolate will be less brittle so easier for slicing).
- Sprinkle with almonds and goji berries.
