Cooking instructions

  • Rolls
    • Cut eggplant lengthwise, salt it, leave aside for half an hour. Wash the excess salt later.
    • Fry onion, mushrooms, and minced meat.
    • Mix everything with parsley.
    • Place on the eggplant and roll.
    • Pour canned tomatoes to a casserole dish and sprinkle with basil.
    • Place the rolls on top and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Boil quinoa. Add bean and cut yellow bell pepper.
  • Prepare salad.
    • Peel and slice cucumber.
    • Cut radishes.
    • Mix the vegetables with spices and yogurt.
