Cooking instructions
- Fritters
- Grate zucchini.
- Chop red bell pepper, onion, and dried tomatoes finely.
- Chop parsley.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Add eggs and spices.
- Pour the mix on a hot frying pan forming fritters. Fry each on both sides.
- Prepare salad.
