Cooking instructions

  • Fritters
    • Grate zucchini.
    • Chop red bell pepper, onion, and dried tomatoes finely.
    • Chop parsley.
    • Mix everything thoroughly.
    • Add eggs and spices.
    • Pour the mix on a hot frying pan forming fritters. Fry each on both sides.
  • Prepare salad.
