Cooking instructions

  • Fritters
    • Grate potatoes, add onion, eggs, potato flour, semolina, salt, and black pepper.
    • Mix all the ingredients.
    • Fry the fritters in a little bit of coconut oil.
  • Stew
    • Fry finely chopped onion with garlic, and allspice.
    • Add cut beef and stew for 30 minutes.
    • Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, tomato paste, and sweet pepper.
    • Stew for 45 minutes.
    • Add black pepper, salt, bay leaf, Cayenne pepper, soy sauce, marjoram, and cumin.
  • Serve fritters topped with the stew.
