Cooking instructions
- Fritters
- Grate potatoes, add onion, eggs, potato flour, semolina, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Fry the fritters in a little bit of coconut oil.
- Stew
- Fry finely chopped onion with garlic, and allspice.
- Add cut beef and stew for 30 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, red bell pepper, tomato paste, and sweet pepper.
- Stew for 45 minutes.
- Add black pepper, salt, bay leaf, Cayenne pepper, soy sauce, marjoram, and cumin.
- Serve fritters topped with the stew.
