- Spelt flour –
- Wheat flour –
- Dried yeast –
- Water –
- Brown sugar –
- Olive oil –
- Salt –
- Tomato puree –

Cooking instructions
- Dissolve yeast with sugar in hot water.
- Knead the dough from flour, olive oil, salt, yeast, water, and sugar.
- Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Knead the dough again shortly and roll out on a baking tray.
- Prepare sauce: blend tomato puree with basil, and capers.
- Arrange favorite extras, e.g. zucchini, Serrano ham, and mozzarella.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
