Cooking instructions

  • Dissolve yeast with sugar in hot water.
  • Knead the dough from flour, olive oil, salt, yeast, water, and sugar.
  • Let the dough rise for at least 30 minutes in a warm place.
  • Knead the dough again shortly and roll out on a baking tray.
  • Prepare sauce: blend tomato puree with basil, and capers.
  • Arrange favorite extras, e.g. zucchini, Serrano ham, and mozzarella.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
