Spelt pizza with pineapple

Ingredients
- Spelt flour –
- Wheat flour –
- Dried yeast –
- Water –
- Sugar –
- Olive oil –
- Salt –
- Tomato paste –
- Capers –
- Basil –
Cooking instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
- Mix all the ingredients and knead.
- Let it grow for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- After 30 minutes, re-knead and roll the dough.
- Spread with tomato sauce, place your favorite ingredients. I use turkey ham, cheese, and fresh pineapple.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200C.
