Ingredients

  • Meat
  • Chicken breast - 2 pieces
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pinches
  • Garlic - 1 pinches
  • Sauce
  • Onion - 1/2 pieces
  • Canned tomatoes - 1/2 cans
  • Mustard - 1 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoons
  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoons
  • Raisins - 1 handful
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Extras
  • Buckwheat groats - 100 g
  • Dried tomatoes - 6 pieces

Cooking instructions

  • Season chicken breast.
  • Bake the meat at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Prepare sauce:
    • Fry onion.
    • Add tomatoes, mustard, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and bay leaf.
    • Stew everything.
