- Natural yogurt –
- Chicken breast –
- Canned pineapple –
- Mozzarella –
- Sweet pepper –
- Parsley –
- Garlic –
- Rosemary –
- Black pepper –
- Salt –
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Mushrooms sauce
- Boil mushrooms.
- Fry onion.
- Add boiled mushrooms to the fried onion.
- Add salt, pepper, parsley, and natural yogurt.
- Meat
- Season chicken breast (garlic, sweet pepper, rosemary).
- Place pineapple slices on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Place mozzarella slices on top.
- Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with for example green tomatoes salad.
