Ingredients

  • Spelt flour –
  • Oatmeal –
  • Rapeseed oil –
  • Eggs –
  • Baking powder –
  • Natural yogurt –
  • Peach –

Cooking instructions

  • Mix together spelt flour, oatmeal, rapeseed oil, eggs, baking powder, and yogurt (I've used the papaya fruit flavored one).
  • Pour into a mold, place the fruits on top (I have used peaches, but you can use other fruits, for isntance strawberries).
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
