- Spelt flour –
- Oatmeal –
- Rapeseed oil –
- Eggs –
- Baking powder –
- Natural yogurt –
- Peach –
Cooking instructions
- Mix together spelt flour, oatmeal, rapeseed oil, eggs, baking powder, and yogurt (I've used the papaya fruit flavored one).
- Pour into a mold, place the fruits on top (I have used peaches, but you can use other fruits, for isntance strawberries).
- Bake at 180 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
