Cooking instructions
- Boil broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower.
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Add turkey minced meat and fry it.
- Add red bell pepper and canned tomatoes.
- Stew everything together and mix with boiled vegetables.
- Sauce: blend tofu with cream cheese and egg.
- Arrange in casserole dish:

- half of stuffing

- Bake at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
