Cooking instructions

  • Boil broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Add turkey minced meat and fry it.
  • Add red bell pepper and canned tomatoes.
  • Stew everything together and mix with boiled vegetables.
  • Sauce: blend tofu with cream cheese and egg.
  • Arrange in casserole dish:
    • lasagne pasta

    • half of stuffing
    • cheese
    • lasagne pasta

    • remaining stuffing
    • cheese (e.g. mozzarella)

  • Bake at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
