- Mung bean sprouts –
- Soy sauce –

Cooking instructions
- Prepare rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut chicken breast into cubes.
- Cut onion and fry it in coconut oil.
- Add the chicken breast, finely chopped bell pepper, pinch of Cayenne pepper, and grated ginger.
- Mix and fry all the ingredients.
- Add soy sauce.
- Stew for a while.
- Add mung bean sprouts.
- Stew everything until the water evaporates.
- Serve with the rice.
