Cooking instructions

  • Boil whole grain spaghetti or brown rice.
  • Cut chicken breast, onion, bell peppers, and cut carrot into stripes.
  • Fry the meat on coconut oil.
  • Add the onion, garlic, green and red bell pepper, and carrot.
  • Fry for a while, then add bamboo shoots.
