Cooking instructions
- Boil whole grain spaghetti or brown rice.
- Cut chicken breast, onion, bell peppers, and cut carrot into stripes.
- Fry the meat on coconut oil.
- Add the onion, garlic, green and red bell pepper, and carrot.
- Fry for a while, then add bamboo shoots.
- Add water, sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, and black pepper.
