Cooking instructions
- Remove skin from the chicken.
- Season the meat with thyme, cumin, garlic, and sweet pepper.
- Cut sweet potato into cubes.
- Cut asparagus and dried dates.
- Arrange the vegetables and meat in a casserole dish.
- Pour a glass of water and add soy sauce to the casserole dish.
