Cooking instructions

  • Fry onion, mushrooms, and turkey minced meat.
  • Mix everything with parsley.
  • Add sesame, garlic, sweet pepper, black pepper, and semolina.
  • Form meatballs.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Sauce
    • Mix Greek yogurt, dill, basil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Serve with pearl barley and red cabbage salad.
