Cooking instructions
- Soak bread roll in milk for a few minutes.
- Cut onion and dried tomatoes.
- Grate carrots.
- Mix meat with the bread roll, onion, dried tomatoes, carrots, and spices.
- Transfer everything to a mold.
- Smear the top of the chop with ketchup.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
- Serve with arugula salad.
