Ingredients

Cooking instructions

  • Mix dried yeast with hot water and suggar.
  • Mix flours with salt, olive oil, and prepared yeast.
  • Knead the dough and let it stand covered for half an hour to rise.
  • Again knead the dough and form 4 a flat rolls.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut rolls and fill them with lettuce, chicken, cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper.
  • Prepare sauce: mix all the sauce ingredients.
