Cooking instructions
- Mix dried yeast with hot water and suggar.
- Mix flours with salt, olive oil, and prepared yeast.
- Knead the dough and let it stand covered for half an hour to rise.
- Again knead the dough and form 4 a flat rolls.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Cut rolls and fill them with lettuce, chicken, cucumber, tomato, and bell pepper.
- Prepare sauce: mix all the sauce ingredients.
