Zucchini stuffed with minced turkey meat

Cooking instructions
- Cut zucchini into half and hollow it.
- Blanch the zucchini in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Chop onion and fry with garlic. Add cut mushrooms and fry them. Transfer to a bowl.
- Fry minced turkey meat, add tomatoes, the mushrooms, and onion.
- Stew everything for a few minutes.
- Add pepper and parsley.
- Stuff zucchini and put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before the end.
