Cooking instructions

  • Duck
    • Marinade: herb pepper, tarragon, coriander, marjoram, chili, nutmeg, allspice, sweet pepper, olive oil (leave the duck in the fridge overnight).
    • Grill the duck on both sides for 5 minutes on each side, then again for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Sauce: cranberry jam with the remaining marinade, heated and mixed throughout.
  • Make salad.
