Grilled duck with spinach and pomegranate salad

- Duck breast -

- Marjoram -
- Cayenne pepper -
- Nutmeg -

- Sweet pepper -
- Olive oil -
- Cranberry -
- Baby spinach -

- Pomegranate -
- Lemon juice -
- Avocado oil -

Cooking instructions
- Duck
- Marinade: herb pepper, tarragon, coriander, marjoram, chili, nutmeg, allspice, sweet pepper, olive oil (leave the duck in the fridge overnight).
- Grill the duck on both sides for 5 minutes on each side, then again for 10 minutes on each side.
- Sauce: cranberry jam with the remaining marinade, heated and mixed throughout.
