Cooking instructions
- Chicken preparation
- Make deep cut in chicken bresta to form a pocket.
- Stuff chicken pockets with diced mozzarella, basil, and finelly chopped dried tomatoes.
- Secure the pockets with toothpicks.
- Season the chicken and fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
- Then bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Boil pasta.
- Prepare mushrooms sauce:
- Cut mushrooms.
- Stew the mushrooms.
- Add yogurt with lemon juice and corn starch.
- Stew for a while.
- Prepare salad.
- Cut vegetables.
