Cooking instructions

  1. Chicken preparation
    • Make deep cut in chicken bresta to form a pocket.
    • Stuff chicken pockets with diced mozzarella, basil, and finelly chopped dried tomatoes.
    • Secure the pockets with toothpicks.
    • Season the chicken and fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
    • Then bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil pasta.
  3. Prepare mushrooms sauce:
    • Cut mushrooms.
    • Stew the mushrooms.
    • Add yogurt with lemon juice and corn starch.
    • Stew for a while.
  4. Prepare salad.
    • Cut vegetables.
    • Mix all the ingredients.
