Ingredients
- Chicken breast –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Water –
- Natural yogurt –
- Lemon juice –
- Corn starch –
- Buckwheat groats –
Cooking instructions
- Cut and fry chicken breasts.
- Add cut mushrooms, fry for a while and pour water (or broth).
- Stew for 20-30 minutes.
- At the and of stewing reduce the hit and add prepared mix: yogurt, lemon juice, and corn starch. Mix everything thoroughly, keep on a stove until sauce thickens. Mix constantly.
- Serve with buckwheat groats.
