Ingredients

  • Chicken breast –
  • Agaricus mushrooms –
  • Water –
  • Natural yogurt –
  • Lemon juice –
  • Corn starch –
  • Buckwheat groats –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut and fry chicken breasts.
  • Add cut mushrooms, fry for a while and pour water (or broth).
  • Stew for 20-30 minutes.
  • At the and of stewing reduce the hit and add prepared mix: yogurt, lemon juice, and corn starch. Mix everything thoroughly, keep on a stove until sauce thickens. Mix constantly.
  • Serve with buckwheat groats.
