Cooking instructions

  • Prepare bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
  • Fry onion, add cut chicken breasts and fry everything together.
  • Cut eggplant, salt it, and leave it for half an hour. Then wash the eggplant to remove excess salt.
  • Add cut mushrooms and the eggplant to the frying pan.
  • Stew everything together until water evaporates.
  • Reduce power, add yogurt mixed with corn starch and lemon juice. Keep heating and stirring until the sauce thickens.
