- Bulgur groats -
- Onion -
- Chicken breast -
- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Eggplant -
- Water -
- Greek yogurt -
- Corn starch -
- Lemon juice -
Cooking instructions
- Prepare bulgur according to the instructions on the package.
- Fry onion, add cut chicken breasts and fry everything together.
- Cut eggplant, salt it, and leave it for half an hour. Then wash the eggplant to remove excess salt.
- Add cut mushrooms and the eggplant to the frying pan.
- Stew everything together until water evaporates.
- Reduce power, add yogurt mixed with corn starch and lemon juice. Keep heating and stirring until the sauce thickens.
