- Desiccated coconut -
Cooking instructions
- Boil millet, then cool it down.
- Soak dried dates and raisins.
- Melt chocolate.
- Blend the millet with dried dates, raisins, fruits, and half of the melted chocolate.
- Transfer the mass to bowls.
- Arrange fruits (e.g. strawberry), pour the rest of chocolate on top and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
