Cooking instructions

  • Prepare gooseberry jelly and pour them to glasses.
  • Prepare cherry jelly and set it asside until solidified.
  • When the gooseberry jelly solidifies, add blended persimmon mousse.
  • Cut the cherry jelly and put on persimmon mousse.
  • Add clementine, almond flakes, and hazelnuts on the top.
