Cooking instructions
- Prepare gooseberry jelly and pour them to glasses.
- Prepare cherry jelly and set it asside until solidified.
- When the gooseberry jelly solidifies, add blended persimmon mousse.
- Cut the cherry jelly and put on persimmon mousse.
- Add clementine, almond flakes, and hazelnuts on the top.
