  • Forest fruits jelly –
  • Gooseberry jelly –
  • Banana –
  • Persimmon –
  • Quark –
  • Raisins –
  • Goji berries –
  • Puffed rice –
  • Stevia –

Cooking instructions

  • Prepare jellies and pour forest fruit jelly to goblets then refrigerate jellies until solidified.
  • Blend banana with raisins and add as the second layer.
  • Use puffed rice as the third layer.
  • Blend persimmon with quark and stevia - this will be the fourth layer.
  • Dice gooseberry jelly and use it as the last layer.
  • Sprinkle with goji berries.
