Raspberry dessert with chia seeds
Ingredients
- Raspberries -
- Rice milk -
- Chia seeds -
- Raspberry jelly -
- Kiwi -
- Greek yogurt -
- Pomegranate -
Cooking instructions
- Blend raspberries, then add rice milk and chia seeds. Use wisp to uniformly distribute the seeds in the mix.
- Make raspberry jelly, and let it for a while to cool down. When it is cool, add it to the raspberries with chia seeds, and pour to glasses.
- Put the desert to the fridge.
- Mix kivi with jogurt and add on top of the deserts. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
