Banana-raspberry dessert with coconut balls

- Desiccated coconut –
- Dark chocolate –
Cooking instructions
- 1st layer
- Blend banana with almonds.
- Place into a fridge for 30 minutes.
- 2nd layer
- Blend raspberries with vanilla sugar.
- Place the second layer on top of the first one.
- Rafaello balls
- Blend dried apricots with hazelnuts.
- Form balls and cover in desiccated coconut.
- Sprinkle with grated dark chocolate.
