Ingredients

Cooking instructions

    • 2 carrots - peel and cut into peaces
    • parsley - peel and cut
    • celery - peel and cut (I used approximately 1/3 of the whole celery)
    • cauliflower - divide into florets
    • leek, onion, garlic - fry
  1. Add vegetables to the pot with the fried onion, pour the water (approximately 1 l)
  2. Add: bay leaf (remove before mixing), pepper, cumin, turmeric, parsley.
  3. Cook for approximately 45 min. Cool down and blend.
  4. At the plate, you can sprinkle with grated cheese, or, for example, parsley.
