- 2 carrots - peel and cut into peaces
- parsley - peel and cut
- celery - peel and cut (I used approximately 1/3 of the whole celery)
- cauliflower - divide into florets
- leek, onion, garlic - fry
- Add vegetables to the pot with the fried onion, pour the water (approximately 1 l)
- Add: bay leaf (remove before mixing), pepper, cumin, turmeric, parsley.
- Cook for approximately 45 min. Cool down and blend.
- At the plate, you can sprinkle with grated cheese, or, for example, parsley.
