Cucumber-avocado cream soup

Ingredients
- Pickled cucumbers –
- Avocado –
- Carrot –
- Potato –
- Leek –
- Water –
- Dill –
- Black pepper –
- Nutmeg –
Cooking instructions
- Grate pickles,
- peel and cut into smaller pieces avocado, potato and carrots,
- cut and fry a leek,
- add vegetables to a pot, pour approximately 1 liter of water and boil everything,
- season: dill, black pepper and nutmeg,
- boil for 10-15 minutes,
- blend everything until smooth and serve with a blob of natural or Greek yogurt.
