Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumbers –
  • Avocado –
  • Carrot –
  • Potato –
  • Leek –
  • Water –
  • Dill –
  • Black pepper –
  • Nutmeg –

Cooking instructions

  • Grate pickles,
  • peel and cut into smaller pieces avocado, potato and carrots,
  • cut and fry a leek,
  • add vegetables to a pot, pour approximately 1 liter of water and boil everything,
  • season: dill, black pepper and nutmeg,
  • boil for 10-15 minutes,
  • blend everything until smooth and serve with a blob of natural or Greek yogurt.
