Ingredients

  • Spelt pasta -
  • Onion -
  • Garlic -
  • Spinach -
  • Red bell pepper -
  • Smoked whitefish -
  • Mozzarella -

Cooking instructions

  • Cook pasta al dente.
  • Fry onion and garlic, add spinach and sauté (in the case of a frozen spinach sauté until the water evaporates).
  • Add chopped red pepper.
  • Crush smoked fish (I have used whitefish), get rid of the bones and mix with cooked pasta.
  • Put half of the spinach in a casserole dish, make the next layer from pasta, and finally add the rest of the spinach. On the top place mozzarella slices.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
