Casserole with smoked fish and spinach

Ingredients
- Spelt pasta –
- Onion –
- Garlic –
- Spinach –
- Red bell pepper –
- Smoked whitefish –
- Mozzarella –
Cooking instructions
- Cook pasta al dente.
- Fry onion and garlic, add spinach and sauté (in the case of a frozen spinach sauté until the water evaporates).
- Add chopped red pepper.
- Crush smoked fish (I have used whitefish), get rid of the bones and mix with cooked pasta.
- Put half of the spinach in a casserole dish, make the next layer from pasta, and finally add the rest of the spinach. On the top place mozzarella slices.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
