Casserole with smoked salmon

- Zucchini –
- Leek –

- Smoked salmon –

- Cream cheese –

Cooking instructions
- Boil broccoli.
- Cut zucchini and sauté in a pan.
- Cut leek and chive.
- Arrange sequentially broccoli, zucchini, leeks and chives, put smoked salmon on top.
- Make the sauce: 2 eggs + cream cheese + halloumi cheese + salt and pepper -> mix all thoroughly.
- Pour the resulting mass on top of the previously arranged vegetables in casserole dish. Sprinkle with chives and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
