Ingredients

  • Broccoli –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil broccoli.
  • Cut zucchini and sauté in a pan.
  • Cut leek and chive.
  • Arrange sequentially broccoli, zucchini, leeks and chives, put smoked salmon on top.
  • Make the sauce: 2 eggs + cream cheese + halloumi cheese + salt and pepper -> mix all thoroughly.
  • Pour the resulting mass on top of the previously arranged vegetables in casserole dish. Sprinkle with chives and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
