Cooking instructions

  • Fry leek with garlic.
  • Add chopped peppers and a glass of water -> stew.
  • Add chopped carrots, black pepper and simmer further.
  • Boil broccoli and potatoes.
  • Cook any small pasta.
  • Mix stewed vegetables with pasta, add canned peas, tuna, and chopped fresh parsley, put everything in a casserole dish.
  • Use broccoli, potatoes and a tablespoon of yogurt to make a puree, you can add pepper and nutmeg.
  • Put puree on vegetables with pasta and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
