- Pepper tagliatelle pasta –
- Shallot –
- Capers –
- Green olives –
- Olive oil –
- Tuna –
- Parsley –
Cooking instructions
- Cook tagliatelle (I have used pepper-flavoured) according to directions on package.
- Blend shallot, a few capers, a few olives, and heat up olive oil. Add canned tuna and mix all.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
