- Whole grain tagliatelle pasta -
- Onion -
- Mint -
- Red bell pepper -
- Smoked salmon -
Cooking instructions
- Cook pasta.
- Blend half an onion with fresh mint. Put on a pan together with finely chopped red pepper. Add a little bit of water and sauté for a while. At the end add chopped smoked salmon.
