Ingredients

  • Potato –
  • Salmon fillet –
  • Dill –
  • Favorite herbs –
  • Olive oil –
  • Sauerkraut –
  • Carrot –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut potatoes into slices, and boil shortly. Then drain them, and cover with oil using a brush. Sprinkle them also with spices.
  • Place salmon and potato slices interchangably on sticks, sprinkle with dill and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Mix sauerkraut and carrot and serve as a side salad.
