Salmon-potato skewers

Ingredients
- Potato -
- Salmon fillet -
- Dill -
- Favorite herbs -
- Olive oil -
- Sauerkraut -
- Carrot -
Cooking instructions
- Cut potatoes into slices, and boil shortly. Then drain them, and cover with oil using a brush. Sprinkle them also with spices.
- Place salmon and potato slices interchangably on sticks, sprinkle with dill and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Mix sauerkraut and carrot and serve as a side salad.
