Wholemeal farfalle with mushroom-salmon sauce

- Wholemeal farfalle –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Smoked salmon –
- Greek yogurt –
- Lemon juice –
- Corn starch –
- Black pepper –
- Dill –
Cooking instructions
- Cook pasta.
- Slice mushrooms and sauté on a pan, add sliced smoked salmon (one piece, not sliced), mix.
- In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt, juice lemon, and cornstarch. Mix the ingredients.
- Finally, join mushrooms with the sauce and mix all together thoroughly. Add pepper and fresh dill.
