Wholemeal farfalle with mushroom-salmon sauce

Ingredients

  • Wholemeal farfalle - 100 g
  • Agaricus mushrooms - 6 pieces
  • Smoked salmon - 150 g
  • Greek yogurt - 3 - 4 spoons
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 pieces
  • Corn starch - 1 spoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
  • Dill - 1 spoons

Cooking instructions

  • Cook pasta.
  • Slice mushrooms and sauté on a pan, add sliced smoked salmon (one piece, not sliced), mix.
  • In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt, juice lemon, and cornstarch. Mix the ingredients.
  • Finally, join mushrooms with the sauce and mix all together thoroughly. Add pepper and fresh dill.
