Wholemeal farfalle with mushroom-salmon sauce

Ingredients
- Wholemeal farfalle - 100 g
- Agaricus mushrooms - 6 pieces
- Smoked salmon - 150 g
- Greek yogurt - 3 - 4 spoons
- Lemon juice - 1/4 pieces
- Corn starch - 1 spoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoons
- Dill - 1 spoons
Cooking instructions
- Cook pasta.
- Slice mushrooms and sauté on a pan, add sliced smoked salmon (one piece, not sliced), mix.
- In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt, juice lemon, and cornstarch. Mix the ingredients.
- Finally, join mushrooms with the sauce and mix all together thoroughly. Add pepper and fresh dill.
