Cooking instructions
- Grind dates and nuts 100g each.
- Put the mass evenly to a form, and press.
- Mix 300 grams of quark with 2 spoons of stevia, vanilla seeds, and gelatine, finally place on the prepared bottom.
- Mix 300 g of quark mix with 2.5 spoons of stevia, 10 g of cocoa, and gelatine. Put on top of the previous layer.
- Place to the fridge to chill and prepare the fruits for the top of the cheesecake:
- At 2 spoons of water to 1 teaspoon of gelatine and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Place to 250 g of strawberries to a pot and warm up until juice comes out.
- Add a spoon of stevia, a spoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of cornstarch dissolved in a little water, and gelatin.
- Heat it up for a while.
- Let the fruits cool down. Place the cold fruits on the cake.
