Pollock with vegetables

- Pollock fillet –
- Lemon pepper –
- Dill –
- Sweet potato –
- Carrot –
- Dill –
- Greek yogurt –
- Green asparagus –
Cooking instructions
- Fish: add spices (pepper lemon, dill) and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Stew asparagus.
- Sweet potato puree: peel sweet potato, cut into small pieces and cook, do the same with carrots. Then mash sweet potato with carrot, dill and a little bit of Greek yogurt.
