Cooking instructions

  • Fish: add spices (pepper lemon, dill) and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Stew asparagus.
  • Sweet potato puree: peel sweet potato, cut into small pieces and cook, do the same with carrots. Then mash sweet potato with carrot, dill and a little bit of Greek yogurt.
