Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet –
  • Green beans –
  • Zucchini –
  • Canned tomatoes –
  • Lemon juice –
  • Lemon pepper –
  • Dill –
  • Extras
  • Brown rice –

Cooking instructions

  • Cook beans.
  • Place it in a casserole dish, add sliced zucchini and diced tomatoes (can be canned) on top.
  • Lay salmon slices on top of the vegetables (seasoned with pepper lemon, dill, and lemon juice).
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for around 25 minutes at 180 degrees (10 minutes before the end remove the foil).
  • Served with brown rice.
