Salmon baked on vegetables

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet –
- Green beans –
- Zucchini –
- Canned tomatoes –
- Lemon juice –
- Lemon pepper –
- Dill –
- Brown rice –
Cooking instructions
- Cook beans.
- Place it in a casserole dish, add sliced zucchini and diced tomatoes (can be canned) on top.
- Lay salmon slices on top of the vegetables (seasoned with pepper lemon, dill, and lemon juice).
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for around 25 minutes at 180 degrees (10 minutes before the end remove the foil).
- Served with brown rice.
